All Library Books Due Back by May 13th.


Yearbooks will be for sale the last week of May. Tables will be set up outside before school starts if you would like to purchase one. The cost is $16. Please send your student with the exact amount as we will not be able to make change, or you can make a check out payable to Studio 5.

5th Grade End of Year Celebration - May 20th

5th graders will start with an outdoor building parade at 9:00AM. All other classes will gather on the exterior wall of their classroom. The 5th graders will be walking a safe distance from other children. Because of Covid restrictions, parents of 5th graders can stand and watch from a distance. The yellow lines on the map are designated areas families can stand and celebrate. Feel free to make signs and cheer loudly! See attached map below.


2021 Thank-A-Teacher Program

The Weld RE-4 Education Foundation invites you to participate in our seventh annual "Thank-A-Teacher" program, through which you can honor your child's teacher(s) in a unique way and help continue this important mission to foster innovation and empower success in our schools. Attached is form to fill out for making a contribution.


School Supply Drive

Please help Windermere Real Estate support the students of Weld RE-4 District for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year by dropping off new school supplies to the district parking lot on June 11 between 8:30-1:30. See attachment for list of items needed.

Fit Summer Family Challenge - Sponsored by Healthy Kids Club

Get excited for an active and SAFE summer with the Fit Families Summer Challenge 2021. The Challenge is a modified version of our popular Fit Families FITPASS program, prioritizing health and safety considerations.

Registration is free! Families will receive a tracking calendar with a menu of fun, family activities to complete, on their own, over the course of the summer. You will also receive a FITPASS membership card to use on a limited number of discounted activities including climbing walls, golf, stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and free days at the Farm at Lee Martinez. Families who participate in 25 activities by Aug. 15 will receive Fit Families Summer Challenge 2021 t-shirts and an entry into a prize drawing.

Annual Family Check-In (AFC) - 2021-2022

Please log in to your campus portal account and up-date student information for the 2021-2022 school year. If you have an upcoming kindergarten student you can register them by adding them to your existing household. If you don't have a parent Campus Portal account set up, contact the office at 970-686-8600.


How sick is too sick? If a parent in a household is being tested for Covid-like symptoms, the children in that house need to stay home until the results are in. See attachment below on when students/staff should stay home when sick.

Arrival Time

Students are welcome to enter campus at 7:45 and begin lining up then. While it's tempting to be early, we need families to stay off the playground until we open the gate and not just drop children off or encourage them to walk sooner than 7:45. In addition, please be mindful not to block the bus loop exit while dropping off your student.
